CD presentation: Hermann Leopoldi & Helly Möslein „Wiener Bonbons“

In March 1939, Hermann Leopoldi arrived in New York after fleeing Vienna. Welcomed as a “famous refugee,” he soon began performing again at “Alt Wien” in Manhattan. The double CD “Wiener Bonbons” features songs from the various chapters of Hermann Leopoldi’s life. Many rarities and recordings long not available were thoughtfully chosen by his son Ronald Leopoldi.More
