Talk: “From Station to Station – from Kether to Malkuth”
The exhibition Kabbalah traces the historical development of Jewish mysticism. By juxtaposing traditional, historical, and contemporary objects, the exhibition follows the traces left behind by Kabbalah in the most diverse contemporary art forms (painting, sculpture, design, literature, film and music). Since its influences can be found in virtually all forms of art, it is legitimate to ask: "What makes Kabbalah so fascinating?” Chief Curator Astrid Peterle addresses this question together with the two curators of the exhibition, Domagoj Akrap and Klaus Davidowicz, and the exhibition designer Conny Cossa.
An event in the scope of the VIENNA ART WEEK.
