We are celebrating Pesach! On your marks, set, chametz!

On your marks, set, chametz! Chametz? This is the Hebrew word for unleavened bread and pastries, which cannot be eaten during Pesach. Before the festival begins (this year on 25 March), the entire house, each cupboard, in short EVERYTHING, must be cleared and cleaned. Not one single crumb of chametz can be allowed to remain! ![/sites/default/files/old/2117.jpg:right]("" "") We will build cool machines and appliances in the Atelier to ensure that we can find and sweep away everything. Creativity is called for. A fascinating guided tour for children of the Museum will explain why Pesach is celebrated, what people eat and drink, what stories are told, and ALL of the objects that can be used at Pesach. All you need to bring with you is your imagination! Free admission for one child and two adults. In cooperation with wienXtra!     _Jewish Museum Vienna Dorotheergasse 11 1010 Vienna_
