Father's Day at the Jewish Museum Vienna: Our city – tells about fathers and sons

On the occasion of Father’s Day, the Jewish Museum Vienna invites fathers and their families to a very special tour: On the way through the permanent exhibition “Our City! Jewish Vienna – Then to Now” we meet sons, fathers and grandfathers this afternoon – famous and completely unknown people who shaped Jewish Vienna. Bankers and peddlers, cantors and rabbis, industrialists and doctors, writers and composers, water polo players and coaches, painters and collectors tell their story (stories).

Admission and the guided tour are free for fathers; all other visitors may only take part in the guided tour with a valid museum ticket.

A current negative COVID-19 test (PCR test taken not earlier than 72 hours or antigen test not earlier than 48 hours), a vaccination confirmation (the first vaccination date must be at least 22 days ago) or proof of a past COVID-19 infection (within the last 6 months) is required to take part in the event.
