History in stories: Apologies

Museum Dorotheergasse

28. November 2022 | 16:00
In the video compilation work Apologies v 2016.2 by James T. Hong, men and women, as heads of state and policymakers, apologize for state-ordered or sanctioned crimes against humans and humanity since 1945. The small exhibition leads us to Ruth Klüger and her statement: “It is absurd to say it should not happen again.” Hannah Landsmann presents an educational program to you in which all the political actors represented in the permanent exhibition Our City! say they are sorry. Or try to – a special kind of longitudinal view.
An event for teachers, cultural educators and interested parties, which is carried out in cooperation with erinnern.at.
